Patti Russo

What can I say about this amazing lady that hasn't been been said already......

I think the best way of describing it is in the words of my son Lee, who was 13yrs old when he turned to me in Cardiff in 1999, while standing right in front of Patti while she was singing Paradise with Meat Loaf and said.....

"She's perfect!!

She's beautiful (Lee thinks she should be a model & rightly so, and enviably gets better with age if that's possible!.....), She can sing amazingly, She has an great sense of humour the list just goes on.......

Patti joined Meat Loaf in '93 after singing "Oh Darling" at an audition in New York. Meat  told the story of Patti's audition before Patti sang Oh Darling at the European shows in 1999. The story goes that after Patti left the audition they were all looking out of the window & John noticed Patti kicking a city bus because she thought she hadn't made it into the band..........

Patti was born in New Jersey, but was raised in New York. She started her career as a hairdresser but had dreams of being a star...

Patti Russo played the part of Killer Queen In The Las Vegas Production Of "We Will Rock You" for the duration of the show along side Meat Loaf drummer John Miceli and lead guitarist Paul Crook
